Signal engineer

• Responsible for interpreting and clarifying the bidding documents of the owner of the signal system.
• Responsible for signal system optimization.
• Responsible for the review of signal system outputs.
• Responsible for technical communication with signal system suppliers.
• Responsible for promoting the design schedule of signal system design institute and suppliers.
• Responsible for interface management of signal system (internal interface and external interface).
• Responsible for the investigation of the existing lines of the signal system and the existing depot /OCC technical data.
• Responsible for signal system quality management and demand management.
• Responsible for supporting the municipal and traffic-related docking work involved in the signal system.
• Submit regular progress reports on the signal system.
• Assist the Head of Mechanical and Electrical Department/Signal System Project Manager to manage signal system related work, including but not limited to schedule, risk, quality, cost, stakeholders, change, scope, integration management.
• Manage the project design institute and suppliers to ensure the supplier's performance meets the requirements.
Monitor and report any deviations from the project and lead special meetings to make decisions.
