Quality engineer

• Responsible for the breakdown of quality management requirements in the master contract and technical annexes.
• Responsible for the preparation of quality management related documents, covering the design, construction, commissioning and other stages of quality management standards and requirements.
• Responsible for communicating and discussing the project quality management plan with the owner and supervisor, and getting the approval from the owner and supervisor.
• Responsible for clarifying quality management requirements in subcontractor procurement contracts and participating in subcontractor contract negotiations.
• Responsible for controlling the quality of each subcontractor in the project execution stage according to the quality management requirements, ensuring that the subcontractor can meet the quality requirements in the design, construction, commissioning and other stages of the project execution and realize the final delivery of the system.
• Responsible for the review and approval of subcontractors' quality management records, documents and other outputs.
• Responsible for participating in the quality inspection and factory inspection activities of each subcontractor and exporting related quality management reports.
• Responsible for the preparation of quality management related project implementation reports, report quality management progress and problems to the supervisor.
• Responsible for the on-site quality inspection of materials and the repair and replacement management of quality defect parts, and formulate corresponding management procedures.
• Responsible for the quality management of materials stored on site.
• Responsible for leading cause analysis of quality related problems and developing corrective actions, and organizing subcontractors to develop 8D reports.
Responsible for organizing quality management related meetings, and coordinate and make decisions on related quality issues.
