Motion control software development engineer

Job Description:
1. Responsible for modeling, simulation, development and verification of motion control algorithm of high-speed and high-precision magnetic levitation system;
2. Responsible for the development of high-speed motion control algorithm functions: trajectory interpolation, trajectory planning, map planning, EtherCAT master station, multiplexer scheduling, position loop control strategy, and system PID design and implementation;
3. Create effective control algorithms according to product planning, system architecture and functional requirements;
4. Cooperate with hardware engineers to conduct joint debugging of hardware and drivers;
5. Completed the preparation and arrangement of relevant development and design documents and test documents.
6, familiar with TwinCAT3, ARM kernel development experience is preferred.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in control theory, control engineering;
2, more than 5 years of research and development experience in motion control algorithm, modeling and control;
3, proficient in kinematics and dynamics related algorithms and modeling methods, proficient in motion and path planning;
4, familiar with EtherCAT main station technology is preferred;
5, with independent research and development ability and strong learning ability, practical ability and analytical ability.
6, have multi-motor scheduling, magnetic levitation system master station operation control software development experience is preferred.
7, familiar with TwinCAT3, ARM linux kernel development experience is preferred.
8. Proficient in software architecture design and upgrade of complex operation control system.
