Job qualification 1, bachelor degree or above, at least 5 years of battery industry experience; 2, proficient in cell process development, power battery process development experience is preferred; 3, have rich experience in field process optimization and improvement and leading the team experience, can independently carry out process optimization and improvement is preferred; 4, proficient in Minitab, DOE, 8D, 6Sigma and other engineering methods; 5, work actively, have good pressure resistance, strong communication skills.
